The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. WhereRA88 identifies the existence of duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with that individual may be suspended, and any Bonus Funds or winings derived from promotional offers may be forfeited.
To access real-money features of the Platform, players must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. RA88 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
All Players are required to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. KYC documentation may include a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian Identity Card, passport, or equivalent), proof of address, and in certain circumstances, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as notified by RA88 may result in temporary or permanent suspension of withdrawal rights and, in cases of suspected fraud, termination of the Account.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with their Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. RA88 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. RA88 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-friendly payment channels, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, Hong Leong Bank FPX, DuitNow QR, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. RA88 reserves the right to return deposits to their originating payment method and to request documentary proof of ownership for any payment instrument used.

All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the RA88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by RA88 are subject to specific terms and conditions as stated in the applicable promotion. Where there is any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are stated per bonus and apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. The Wagering Requirement for each bonus is set out in the relevant promotion terms — for example, the 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus carries a 35x wagering requirement, while the 100% Standard Reload Bonus carries a 10x requirement.
RA88 reserves the right to withold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winings where we reasonably determine that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering with the intention of circumventing wagering requirements, placing hedged bets to minimise risk while satisfying requirements, or exploiting a technical error in the Platform.
All bonuses have a validity period during which wagering requirements must be fulfilled. Upon expiry of the validity period, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Validity periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
RA88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at any time, including after acceptance, where we have reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in error, as result of a technical malfunction, at odds that were incorrectly quoted, or in circumstances where the outcome of an event was known or suspected to be determined prior to the bet being placed.
In-play betting markets are offered atRA88's discretion and may be suspended or removed at any time without prior notice, particularly during stoppages in play, VAR reviews, or other match events. RA88 will not be held responsible for any disruption to live betting services caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures on the Player's end.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface. RA88 reserves the right to impose individual maximum stake limits on specific accounts at its sole discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the RA88 Platform:
All intellectual property rights in and to the RA88 Platform, including but not limited to the RA88 brand name and logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and all other materials displayed on or transmitted through the Platform, are owned by or licensed to RA88. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any right, licence, or interest in any such intellectual property. Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform withoutRA88's express prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RA88, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
RA88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
RA88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
RA88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time and without prior notice whereRA88 reasonably determines that: the Player has breached these Terms; the Player has engaged in prohibited conduct; continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, reputational, or fraud risk to RA88; or RA88 is required to do so by applicable law or a lawful order from a competent authority.
Upon termination for breach, any Bonus Funds held in the Account will be forfeited. Funds representing verified deposited balances, less any amountsRA88 is entitled to offset, will be returned to the Player's verified payment method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Players may close their Account at any time by contacting RA88's support team via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering requirements or investigations are pending.
RA88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes this obligation seriously. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RA88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
